Weekly Meetings in Fuengirola
In my experience weight loss and maintenance is challenging. The weekly weight loss meeting in Fuengirola offers you the chance to join a group of people that are on the same journey as you are. We meet for a weigh in, talk about how the week has gone, exchange hints and tips and generaly encourage each other. It is a great way to receive support. We also have a private (optional) Facebook group where you can find help and support between meetings.
The programme works by calorie counting. Starting from how many calories you burn per day, we then work out how many you can eat to lose weight. If you exercise then you 'earn' extra calories, which you can enjoy. Losing weight is a 'simple' equation of eating fewer calories than you are burning but putting this into practise can be very challenging. On this journey you will also look at your attitudes to food and how you can make small changes that can make a big difference to what you are eating each day.
