10 years ago I was overweight, unhappy and had no self confidence. I had tried very diet in the book and was sick of yo-yo dieting. Today I maintain a constant 10 stone, am much healthier and happier. I know first hand that weight loss and maintenance can be challenging for many people. I have now taken what I learnt in my own journey, combined it with my training as a counsellor and work with children who have child obesity through to adults, to find the small changes that you can make to your lifestyle to make huge difference overall.
